At Andrew McDonald Shoemaker, we take pride in our artisanal craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your investment. If your footwear does not meet your expectations, we offer returns or exchanges on unworn, standard-sized items within 14 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our atelier via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization and shipping instructions.
Prepare the Package
Ensure the footwear is in its original, unworn condition and place it back in the original bespoke packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Dispatch the Shipment
Send the package back to our Sydney workshop using a tracked and insured shipping service to ensure its safe arrival.
Inspection and Refund
Once our master shoemakers inspect the returned items for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
